I had tested it y some time a support for headphones, this time in the round from Silverstone Stand Earphone, the EB101!
The characteristics of the Stand EBA01 of Silverstone Earphone:
- Material: Aluminium
- Solid base of 2cm in height
- Dimensions: 150mm x 280mm x 220mm
- Net weight: 1.48 kg
- Number of headphone supported: 2
The design is not bad at all. He can think about a desk lamp. Its base should make 1 kilogram, so sufficient to support the whole. Form round, all-black (for the black version) except the upper corner which is not colorized and therefore grey metal. The height between the base and the support is 25 cm. The length of the helmet holder is 20 cm. With 20 cm, Silverstone as a maximum 2 helmets supported, but in reality, you can even go up to 3 headphones! This depends mainly on the size and shape of speakers! In fact, Silverstone dedicates this support mainly to the headphones Hi-Fi, resulting in the number 2. At the binding level, you have a total of 6 screws: 2 long at the base, 4 at the top level. Nothing to say about it, it's perfect! 3 anti-slip pads are present under the base, and a last is placed on top of the 2 screws.
Frankly, nothing to say! It is a great helmet! Beautiful design level, it allows to place 2 Headsets without problem. In addition, its height is perfect, neither too high, nor too small! The base is heavy enough (about 1 kg) to support all and even more! The only downside that I can blame him, it's at the level of the fingerprints: once you drop off your finger, it's over, it keeps good track! Well too bad! But this is about the black version that I tested. On the version grey metallic, I do not think that there must be such a problem.
